    • If MaMITs has not delivered the services as detailed in the agreed-upon documentation and service list within 35 days, you may be eligible for a return.
    • This time frame may vary based on the specific requirements and delivery schedule outlined in your quotation.

    • The list of services to be delivered, along with any specific deadlines, will be clearly outlined in the quotation and other project-related documentation.
    • This documentation serves as the basis for evaluating whether the services have been delivered per the terms agreed upon.
  3. Return Process:
    • In the event of a delay beyond the 35-day timeframe, clients can initiate a return request by contacting our customer support team.
    • If the timeline is not met and everything has been specified, you may contact us via email at info@mamits.com. If you do not receive a response within 2 business days, please follow up by emailing admin@mamits.com.
    • Once your case is verified, we will process the return amount within 3 weeks of the verification.

  6. Refunds and Adjustments:
    • If a return is granted, MaMITs may issue a refund or provide adjustments to future services, as agreed upon with the client.
